Anni Donald is the founder and CEO of The SELF Academy. She is a registered nurse and mental health advocate with over two decades of experience working in both acute and primary healthcare settings.

While navigating her own struggle with mental illness, Anni discovered multiple tools and resources to help improve her emotional well-being. These tools have been life-changing for her and she has made it her mission to share these resources with others who struggle as she has with somatic symptoms and mental illness.
